From the user account, enter the verification section and follow these steps.
1- Click on the start button to send the documents.
2- In the next step, send a clear picture of your ID card, CDL card or certificate.
3- If you have mistakenly uploaded an incorrect or unclear photo during the process, you can easily rectify it by selecting the “change photo” option. Once you have selected the correct photo, you can proceed to the next step by clicking on the “next” button.
4- at the next step, you need to send the photo of your face next to the ID card. At this step, the face and the ID card must be clearly visible.
Once you click on the “Next Step” option, you will see both images you have sent. You need to check the box to confirm that you have read and understood the rules and regulations at the bottom of the page. Then, you can send the documents into the app by pressing the “Send” button. If you need to change the documents, you can select the option to change the photo and follow the same steps again.
